Returns
What can be returned
Unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we can’t accept opened cosmetics — unless your item arrived damaged, defective or wasn’t what you ordered, in which case we’ll make it right.
How to start a return
Call (888) 509-8502 or email cjmahan19@gmail.com with your PayPal order reference. We’ll send return instructions.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method through PayPal once we receive and check the return.
Damaged or wrong item?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll send a replacement or refund.
